The Practitioner Certificate is for those responsible for planning, implementing and optimizing the activities that belong to those processes.What background do I need to take this course?Course 187, ITIL® v2: Achieving Foundation Certification, or equivalent experience is assumed. The Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management is required to take the ITIL Change, Release and Configuration Certification Exam.If you have the ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate, you are eligible to take the ITIL Change, Configuration and Release Management Certification Exam. What pre-course preparation is required?Approximately five to eight hours of pre-course study is required prior to attending this course. These materials are sent to you three weeks prior to the course and include the Service Support book and the Learning Tree Pre-Course Study Guide, which contains sample exam questions and pre-course assignments. Attendees must bring these materials to the first day of class.Is there much studying required during the course?An hour of after-course study each evening is expected.
