SUBJECT OF NEWEST COURSE FROM LEARNING TREE
RESTON, VA (August 14, 2008) Learning Tree International (NASDAQ NM: LTRE) today announced the addition of a new course to its Management and Leadership Skills curriculum. Entitled Management Skills for Experienced Managers, the 3-day course offers participants the opportunity to deepen their management skills in an immersive learning environment of individual and group activities.
Led by an expert instructor, attendees will also receive instruction in how to:
- Lead, manage and motivate individuals and teams within a strategic context
- Create strategic momentum to achieve organizational growth
- Enable effective decision making in challenging situations
- Leverage the power of networking to manage organizational change
- Focus on individual and team strengths to enhance capability and performance
Management Skills for Experienced Managers is valuable for experienced, middle-tier managers who oversee other managers and/or senior level contributors. It is also worthwhile for those who manage more than one team and wish to expand their influence to make a horizontal impact across an organization.
